I love helping people! 

I started in the medical, dental and vision insurance industry as a claims adjuster in the early 80’s, moved to an agency and received my Property and Casualty License working as a Commercial sales and service representative, while attending Roosevelt University for additional insurance certifications.


In 1987 I received my Life and Accident License and assisted with the Development of a new Employee Benefits Insurance Department for a large Insurance Agency in the NW Suburbs, specializing in Employer group plans ranging from 2 employees to 2000 employees.


In October 1992 I decided I could develop my own Insurance Agency specializing in Sales and Service of Employer Group Insurance plans, Individual plans, Life Insurance and Medicare Supplements.


I have a great understanding of all the compliance laws and requirements. I feel providing the best personal service and care for the client AND the employees while receiving constant referrals is the biggest compliment and reason for Baron and Associates celebrating 30 years!


I have been blessed to raise my 2 beautiful children, volunteered to coach basketball, Girl Scout Leader, Kiwanis Club President for 2 years, while running my business. I am also celebrating my 30 year wedding anniversary!
